FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Production Time
Production time currently varies depending on the product purchased. Below are the production schedules for each category in the shop currently:
*Tumblers: 3-4 weeks, NOT including weekends as each item is made to order
unless other noted.
*Mason Jars: 1-2 weeks, NOT including weekends as each item is made to order.
*Coasters: 1-3 business days, NOT including weekends
*Glass Cups: 1-3 business days, NOT including weekends.
*Ready To Ship Items: 1-2 business days, NOT including weekends.
The production time is the time that it takes me to make the physical product and/or get it packaged up before the item is shipped; it does not include shipping time. Your order will ship once the production time is complete. Delivery time after shipping will vary based on where you are located.
Holidays and unforeseen USPS delays are not included in the estimated time-frame, please keep that in mind when you are placing your order.
Missing Shipping Information
Unconfirmed addresses by the USPS Services or buyer incorrect address information within this site is not the responsibility of Seller. Seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to incorrect mailing information or stolen merchandise, and or from incorrect address that are unconfirmed by USPS Service information. Seller will ship to the address that is provide in the detail sale receipt from the buyer.
If you would like your item to ship to another address and forgot to provide that while checking out, you must provide the information in the sales receipt or please email me: luluslilbits@gmail.com. Otherwise it will ship from the information provided by Shopify. Please make sure all mailing information is correct.
Buyer is responsible for all correct information. A reshipping fee will be charged for returns due to wrong information.
Missing Order Detail/Information
If your for any reason your order is missing important information, the processing time for your product will be delayed. This delay is due to the result of needing to halt production on your order so we can gather the correct information. We will email you at the email address that you have provided at checkout.
Do You Offer Rush Orders?
At this moment we sadly can not accept rush orders due to the volume or orders we currently have.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Change your mind? That's ok. If for any reason something changes you can choose to cancel your order. However, each item has a different cancellation policy so please feel free to contact us via email to see how we can further assist you.
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
***All items are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.***
I sadly do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. This is due to the fact that each item is made to be unique for each customer.
In the instance that your order is incorrect or arrived to you broken, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. I also require photos of the item(s) that are broken or incorrect.
Emails sent to me after 3 days upon arrival will not be fixed.
For items that require a replacement, under certain circumstances I may require the product back. Once the original product is shipped back to me your replacement item will be sent back to you within 1-3 weeks. Depending on the item.

Absolutely! Don't see something that fits your personality, let me know.Why Does My Product Not Look Exactly Like The Photo?
I strive to make each piece as close to the original as possible. However, please note that each item is one-of-a-kind and are made to order. This means no two are alike and each will have their own unique pattern. They are meant to be unique, much like the person who is receiving them.
Sometimes during the creation process, non-glitter tumblers may get a sparkle here or there due to my working space. Also, the colors may differ slightly depending in certain aspects. I can not control what the colors do or what they look like. However, I do strive to duplicate each one as closely as I can.
What Happens If My Package Was Lost Or Stolen?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep track of packages after it has been shipped.
If your package was stolen or has become lost in the mail please contact me within 3 business days from when your item was marked as "Arrived". You may either choose to ask for a refund or for a replacement item.
Failing to contact me within 3 business days of a lost/stolen package will result in no refund or replacement
